Searching for Bob Scott in either Kenai or Ketchikan, AK (phone, lost)

My aunt had a cousin who she has lost touch with and has no email or phone number. The last we heard, he was living in either Kenai or Ketchikan. He may no longer be in the city, but we know he is still in these parts of Alaska. Since I am about to travel to this great frontier, I am interested in getting in touch with him. Would anyone know of him or his whereabouts?
Since I am not from the great state, I don't know much about the population of all of the towns and cities. However, I am trying to find out if any one may know of a particular cousin I am looking for in Kenai or Ketchikan. I posted a thread in the people search section, but have had no responses, and assuming that not all Alaskans in the forum check the People Search, I felt the need to post a thread in the Alaskan forum. If anyone knows some people in either of these cities, please make a post and I will post his name.
I graduated at Kenai High in 1978. I've worked and live within 20 miles of Kenai since 1969. If I don't know them...they have not been here long. But they might be in the phone book...
