I've been trying to find a person - I have very little information unfortunately and am looking for some advice - here is what I know:

Caucasian / German / Dutch / English

Born - 11-29-1950

Brown Hair / Brown Eyes

In 1972 she lived in/around Colorado Springs, CO.

In 1972 she worked as a swimming instructor & a telephone operator white attending college (do not[*]
know which school).

She has one older brother, two younger brothers and a younger sister.

I have minor additional information regarding the siblings (The oldest has a B.S. in math and built electronics, the younger were in college / high school in 1972)

That's what I have.
Not much, I know ... any advice?

Thanks in advance

Default About Your Search

What a shame that you mentioned everything but the most critically important fact--the name(s) of the people involved.
And the reason that you want to reunite.

I would advise you start with the siblings if you know high school and/or college that they attended. That would likely lead you to this person.

However, it is odd that you don't seem to have anyone's name, (first or last) as that would indicate to people that you actually know (or knew) the person for whom you are searching.

Do you actually know this person? This forum is here to help posters find family, friends or lost loved ones. It does not sound like this is the case here?

The search is for my birth mother, the information was given to me by my adoptive mother, it is considered 'non-identifying' birth parent information and yes, it is very limited.

Have you considered DNA testing? I have a friend who found her bio family through DNA.

Under Colorado law adopted adults, adoptive parents, birth parents, and birth siblings and half-siblings age 18 or older may file a motion in the court to appoint a confidential intermediary to search for birth relatives who are older than 18. After the two parties consent, contact will be made after the court consents.
