She said that he moves around quite a bit. You would need to use dated public records to find this person so you would know they are up to date. Most of the search engines like zabasearch and Melissadata are usually not up to date enough to find people who are on the move.

He is kinda a pot head, so maybe on an oregon pot farm???? (i'm not kidding here)
he does not have a degree and didn't finish high school, he is very interested in law, and has defended himself in numerous "cases" and won. Sounds strange but he actually defended a friend of his in court as well...he speeds everywhere, good driver, but wayyyy to fast...prob. has lots of tickets somewhere!!!!!!!

said he was passing through with his "girl" friend, headed west again in her parents blue van...prob. a V.W.
He was like a brother to me, my family was very close to him, we took him in for awhile,
and then he took off, and when he tried to get back in touch with us, the property that he knew to go to (family estate) had been sold and they gave him no contact info for us.
I just took in the story and figured just like you he'd fit in Eugene very well. That was the only C.D. Adams in the book.

so whoever CD Adams is, he is older than the one you are looking for.
Let's try the obvious, since he travels all over the country and may be hard to find, have you contacted his mother, father, siblings, or other relatives to see if they know where he is? Might be easier to find one of them then to find him. And they might know where he is.

this one is him, his dad did have an antique business, maybe that is his, his mom is a little "off", thus the hippie traveler mode, when I have called her in the passed knowing it was her....she said.."you have the wrong number" though I knew it was her, and his dad never answered the phone. He does keep in touch with his dad, so I will continue calling, and hope he answers.
