Yes the spelling appears to be Wingard from some basic looking around.

Recently a lady searched for her step siblings. They did not know that she existed. They were not looking for her. When we finally found them, there was a family event and they all celebrated Father's Day together for the first time in over 50 years.
Without making that call or sending that letter a joyous ending might not happen. Hearing no can often be better than "never knowing" at all.
