No, just the info above is all anyone who knew him remembers. His son, a cousin of mine, died earlier this year, and had no funeral or obituary. This John O'Connell I'm looking for should know that the son he abandoned is now dead, and so is the son's mother, who died a few years ago. Anyone who does know this John O'Connell and may be interested in hearing about this man's girlfriend in the Bronx from 1970 and the son he abandoned may feel free to contact me. They had a life of never ending misery, and if O'Connell's still alive and not perpetually drunk, he should know the world of s**t and misery he caused. I'd love to meet him and tell him face to face.

If she is deceased there is a chance he is deceased too. And if he is not deceased and remarried he may not meet you. It may be a situation to remember but also forget.
If he is deceased your efforts are futile. With that name and in his late 60's or older he could be anywhere in the country and the Bronx is long gone. He could also be living in Canada not to be found.
I see four by that name with all different middle initials who lived in that area in the late 1960's and 1970's.
