I have been to some obit sites (doubt this person is even dead) and some others but was hoping somebody could direct me to the best free site to find my old college roommate. Just now discovered Filtered Messages on FB and she contacted me 2 years ago! She has a FB page but hasn't been active in 2 years either. I think I have her husband's name, and last town and I have her full name. There must be someway to find her. Thank you very much.
Try familysearch. Even though the search field says "DECEASED ANCESTOR'S NAME," just search there. I am not dead, and using my maiden name, I am listed as living in Michigan for the first six months of 2001. The only problem is that I only spent 3 weeks in Michigan at the beginning of 1982! Subsequent residences of mine all have one thing in common, the dates are way off, but the address info is right on.
