I am looking for my half sister and have had little success on ancestry. Our fathers name was Kenneth Jaye Gardner. I was told by him that her mothers name was Jeannie Lynn Phelps but am not sure about the accuracy of that. I know she lived in Colorado at one time but am not sure where she was born. Our father spent a lot of time in California also so she may have been born there. I hope someone out there can help me. I actually have 5 half siblings by my father and now have found three.
