Trying to find my father. (sisters, names, birth, address)

I am searching for a man named Joseph Taylor, they called him "Charlie". I know for a fact that he resided in Richmond, VA the year of 1978. Looking for any help possible.

You need to put his birthdate or at least around when he was born, where he was born, if you know any brothers and sisters names, mother and father names, etc. The more info, the more the researchers can help you.

I don't have any other info besides his name, and he should be anywhere between the age of 65-70. Yes, I have searched and I come up with too many listings with that name. There is no other info my mother can give me.
