I just made this account because I need your help. I've tried to post this on several subreddits but no luck.
A few years ago I have lost contact with my whole family I also had a head injury a year ago so I lost most of my memory as well. But luckely the memories i do have are from my father. Here's what i can remember:
My father has halflong red auburn hair and blue/grey eyes and is 6'2 and was born on July 15th 1970 possibly in Ticino, Switzerland in to a native Swiss mother and an Italian-American father from New Jersey. I remember that his father had a barbershop but i don't exactly remember where. He also has a sister who is 4 years younger. He has a bachelor in Biology and has connections with New York City, he maybe works or lives there I don't know.
It is also quite possible that he immigrated to Japan, I remember he traveled there a lot.
Also, I remember that my parents never married and because of this I have my mom's surname (which is very common). My father is not on my birth certificate either. And I don't have the possibility to optain it.
I have taken a MyHeritage DNA test but I received the wrong results, they said I was genetically a male, while I am female. And yes I got tested for Androgyn Sensitivity Syndrome and the doctor said my hormons are normal.
Currently I cannot purchase another DNA test because of financial problems so i hope anyone can help me with this description.
I feel like I am stuck, I can't find my way out.

Me and my mothers surname is Rodrigues. I don't remember my mothers first name and birth date but it's possible that she is born on the same date as my father's.
My fathers surname is possibly Pagani. His first name is Vincent and has a younger sister named Emma who's born in 1974, Their fathers name is Joseph.
