I am looking for my birth father. His name is Danny Edward Compton and I believe he is somewhere in Arkansas. I think that he was born in 1950. I was born in El Paso Texas in 1978. I was named Rebecca Lynn Compton. I would love to find him.

The only Danny Edward Compton I can find in Arkansas that comes close to your description is Danny Edward Compton, age 58, date of birth 2/9/1950 living in Morrilton, AR. He has also lived in Conway and Plumerville, Arkansas and Dallas TX. He is somehow related to Nora Ann Compton, age 64 and Sherrie Dawn Bradford, age 40. He is registered to vote in Faulkner County, AR, which lists his address as 2975 Hwy 9, Morrilton, AR 72110. When I do a reverse search on this address, I come up with C&C Implement, phone 501-354-1100. I don't know, but it appears he used a work address for his voter's registration. He may also have a home there, just don't know. C & C Implement Co., Inc. is a hardware store according to a site I found on the internet. Check out that site and you will see that Danny Compton is the president and there are 5 employees at that store.
There is also a phone number for a Danny Compton in Conway, AR where he lived at sometime, but I don't know if it is him. The address there is 5 Sylvia Rd., Conway, AR 73023 and the phone number is 501-327-0977.

I found a Danny Edward Compton who had a son, Danny Edward Compton, Jr. in 1972, but I cannot find a Rebecca Compton born in 1978 in El Paso County, TX.
On March 16, 1981, a Danny E. Compton, age 31 (right age) married a Teresa M. Moore.
On July 17, 1980, a Danny E. Compton, age 30 (right age) married a Linda C. Dawson.
I don't see any children on the birth index with either of these women, but on the other hand, I can't find you on it either.

Hi. My name is Christina Marie Compton the oldest child of Danny E. Compton (the one I think you are looking for?). He was married to my Mother, Joan E. Love. My brother is Danny E. Compton (born 1972) in El Paso. I was born in Germany, due to my father being in the Army. Oh and I forgot to add that Nora is his wife and Sherrie is Nora's daughter. My Mom has spoken to Danny a few times over the years, last time was a few years ago.
