I really hope that some one that reads this can help me. I had posted this in people search but maybe in here someone from the area who knows these people will read this.

Any HELP that can be provided is appreciated. I am trying to find my Best Friend's Mom. Her mom's name is ALICIA GONZALEZ, she knows from her birth certificate that her mom was born in San Juan, PR sometime in 1947 as all the birth certificate says is her mom's age at the time of delivery as being 19. She was born in Manhattan, NY at the Sloane Women's Hospital in December of 1966. My friend grew up with her paternal grandmother and father in Key West, FL. She knows that she has a brother named Julio Cesar Gonzalez who was born in 1968 (Not sure the month thinks in April). It seems that the last contact her mom had with her was about 1969 because she has a picture of her brother and her. She has no pictures of her mom and no other information. I really want to have her lifelong dream of finding her mom and brother come true!

There is a Julio Cesar Gonzalez who lives in Alphatetta GA (just north of Atlanta) who I believe is about the same age. I worked with him for a few years.
