the spirits of these children are haunting a particular room in a neighboring house. it is very strange that when a child goes into the room they always come out screaming and with strange cuts on their body. i found out by a neighbor who lives in the house( they moved away 3 weeks ago because of the things happening to their children in that room-and they needed more space) told me what was going in that room and her small childrens bad cuts. the parents of the children walked into the room and reported seeing the ghostly image of a little boy and girl sitting down playing. so i am trying to figure out what happened to them so we can take proper action.

You might try and research the history of the house, find the names of previous owners and see if anything is on record (maybe microfiche at the library). You can do a reverse address search on a lot of websites and it's most likely public record.

What makes you think it's that time period?

It would seem to me that if there are children who are living in a home and receiving bad cuts, the proper action would be to immediately notify both the police and child protective services. Let them figure out who is hurting those children.

Hmmmm have you had any Paranormal Investigators come into your home to confirm this? That might be a good idea. You can call TAPS/Ghost Hunters they will come out and do an investigation of your home..And like ElizNJ says...Go to the Library and do some research on the House to see if anything has happened in the past. These ghost could be from further back than you think. How old is the house?

The county tax assessor should be able to tell you who has owned the house back to the time it was built. This is what a realtor does when they do a title search.

Then once you are armed with the names you should be able to check out the names with the newspaper, probably kept on microfich. You might also ask around and see if there is an old timer that is still around that might remember details.

In response to ElizNJ question ( i forgot to say it is a apartment not a house sorry everyone my mistake i have been busy doing alot of things at one time) the apartment complex was completed in 1976 and i moved there in 1995. and if it happened afterthat i sure i would have remembered what happened and there names.+ no one at the complex seems to remember a little boy and girl dying there which i find is a little strange no one will talk about it. i heard something about this along time ago so i know people know about but they just wont talk.

Sorry for misleading everyone-my mistake

Could it be something that is associated with that particular piece of property, not necessarily the apartment complex? Do you know what was there before?
