Hello everyone! This is my first post ever , so be patient with me!
I recently found out that my Mother had a different birth father.. She kept it a secret for many years. 31 to be exact. as executor of her will she finally told me,, SO.. I am on a search. Can anyone help me?
This Man was of the name "Cecil Honeycutt." I am pretty sure of the spelling, I found an Obit for him . It said hie last residance was in Nebo McDowell and he past in 1995. I hope this is right. Also I know his father was a Reverand in Hickory in 1938 . He would speak in Spruce pine on occation in the Baptist church my Great Grandpa Pyatt built.
I have been in touch with half of the South, and I will say, that is a lot!
My Mother is turning 70 this fall, October to be exact , She would love to see a picture of her birth father and his family if posible. She was raised an only child and is currious to know if she had or has any brothers and or sisters.
I thank you from the bottom of my heart for reading this,, I Love my Mother more than anything.
