Does anyone in Minnesota recall meeting a striking, pompous guy about 20-21 years old back in 1981 or 1982 (shown here Aged 23, in 1984) looking like this:

or
"Christopher Chichester"
or perhaps another name.
The Boston Herald recently reported his Connecticut host family's remarks that he was in Minnesota around 1981-82, and despite his propensity to b.s., its plausible.
