SABOL in PA.... Or Leona Jean Sabol? Sound Familiar. Please look.

I am looking for my son's grandmother's biological family. All I know is she was at St. Vincent Orphanage I believe in Philadelphia. Her birth name was Leona Jean Sabol. Her adopted name was Virginia Marie Kane. Do you know if anyone in your family gave birth to a daughter that was given up for adoption? I don't know off hand what year she was born. Leona would probably be in her late 50 or early 60 now. I AM LOOKING FOR ANY OF HER RELATIVES... HER CHILDREN NEED FAMILY. THEY HAVE NO ONE!!! PLEASE HELP AND ASK YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS IF THEY KNOW OF SUCH A PERSON. If they know of anyone in the family giving a daughter for adoption.
