looking for my brother (father, name, adopted, information)

Hi, im wondering if anyone could help me out, im looking for ny brother who ive never known and wont know about me the only information i have is that his name was james lloyd, he was born in essex and moved to norfolk (old buckingham)(united kingdom) and should be around the age of 33. His mother is jaqueline was reeves, my dad is stephen lloyd. he may have been adopted by his step father who worked in the police force. if anyone could help me i would greatly appericiate it.
