I did a Melissadata search for Loretta and it gave locations in AZ and in CA that she was known to live/d and it listed Javier as a possible relative. So I did a 411 search for both Loretta and Javier and on the 411 people search I found that there was a Javier living in Corona, CA with a Loretta Lyn as a relative.

I'm not 100% sure that this Javier is/was Loretta's husband, but there is at least a good 80% chance it is.

Trying to get ahold of the friend who is looking for his daughter Jasmine, he is on his way to Salmon to see if he can find Carolyn Sue's mother or any other family. Not yet sure if Marcia is related, but Loretta Lynn's father is Salvador Garcia Davis and he has a son named Richard so sounds like Richard Salvador Davis is a hit.
