I talked to my mom and she said he would be around 46 or 47 years old. He is or was married to a woman named Silvia. He has 2 other daughters (that are older than me) and a son Dylan that will be around 12 this year. She did mention something really important his full name is Wayne Allan Mungia.

It appears to be the right person. Wayne Munguia has a previous marriage to Sylvia Garza, producing 2 children: Sabrina Marie Munguia born 26 Jan 1983 and Veronica Marie Munguia born 6 Dec 1983. Then Dyllan Wayne Munguia born 22 Jan 1997 to Kristina Kay Kinsey. The marriage record also confirms "Kinsey," not "Kingsley."
