Female born July 21, 1979 at Saint Vincent Hospital's in Jacksonville, FL. Birthmother stayed with a family from Saint Peters Episcopal Church - Jacksonville Florida. The adoption was handled by Catholic Charities (Jacksonville, FL).

Birthmother was 17, blonde hair and green eyes. Left a red bible and a handwritten note for the adoptee. Adoptive parents were asked not to attend Saint Peters. Birthmother was born circa 1962 and should be approximately 46. The birthfather was reportedly married and 27 at the time of conception.

**Birthdates have been known to have been altered by a few days, if it is even close, let's connect! Mother may have been from a small town near Jacksonville. Or just outside of FL in AL, GA or SC.

~Side Note~
I know about Adoption databases, etc. I just wanted to post it here also. City-data has a great reputation of connecting people. Thank you for reading this post.

The birthmother was said to be born in Kansas, but came from Kentucky to FL in 1979 to have her baby against her parents wishes.

Hi Travelingal2 ~ You would think that some churchgoer to that church would know something. I wonder if someone can come up with an idea for the best way to get the word out to the people who go there. My first thought was to speak with a pastor there and perhaps announce it at their services, but of course, they would probably not do that to "protect" the other parties involved (so sad). I guess, just newspaper ads in the local papers in that town. Good luck in the search. ~ E

We have done that, handed out flyers, too! Just want to post in as many places as possible. I have been reading thousands of adoption posts...it is heart breaking. There has to be a better way!
Thanks for your suggestion.
