Looking for half brother
I am looking for a Richard R. Howard according to voters list he is at
509 garfield St, Lamont, wa says lives with son Sean howard. I cant seem to locate a telephone number and confirm he is at the addy.
If no phone with confirmation I would send a letter.

There may be a chance he dropped his land line for a cell phone and if so, you may have some difficulty finding a phone number. I guess the next step is to see if you can find out the name of the apartments he's managing. Good luck.  |
