I have been trying to find a friend from NC Marine Base around 1966. A marine that went to Viet Nam in 1967. Just lost touch and is a wonderful person.His name is Wayne G. Pelletier. There was a group of us that had lots of fun from the base. He always talked about Maine, said I should try it. I did go to Bemidji Minnesota, and it was really different after leaving NC. After several years there, still working for the Government, I moved to VA. I do like the weather here much better now.. but I did love the winters in Minnesota..Had lots of fun, loved the out doors and winter sports. Loved to snomobile, those things I miss, but now being older the milder winters are much better in VA..
Well thank you and if you know of how I can get in touch with my friend would love to surprise him.
and maybe make some new friends in Maine.
