Hello, my name is Gorka, I´m from Spain. In the 2000 I have been in Maldivas , India, diving with the Letiner family(or Leithner)
I forget the mail of one of them, the mail of Cristhina.She was studing medicine in New York. Please could you help me?. Good bless America.

Is Hastings the town or city they're from - ? If it is, what state is Hastings in - ? - and if you know the father's first name (or maybe the mother's), that would help. Another thought, try contacting the diving organization, they may have the info in their records (if you have the approximate date).

There is a Hastings Michigan, Hastings Nebraska, Hastings Minnesota, and a UC Hastings School of Law in SF. I'm guessing it is one of the cities he is refering to but until we can translate his statements or someone can DM in spanish with him.... well it won't be easy.
