I'm seeking information about the descendants of men with the surname Moschkowitsch or Moschkowitz who immigrated to the US from Germany or Russia in the 1910s or 1920s.

According to this Ellis Island search site
https://stevemorse.org/ellis2/ellisgold.html
between 1909 and 1924 , 31 men with the name Moschkowitz passed thru Ellis Island. Also 17 females.

Most from Russia or Germany, a few show other countries.

Did you have 1 or 2 in mind ?

The site shows no Moschkowitsch names.

Your question is very broad. Are you trying to locate ancestors of a particular person?

If searching the ancestry of a particular person or family than start with what you know and work back generation by generation. Look for U.S. census records, naturalization records, passenger manifests, vital records, etc. Try www.familysearch.org to locate these types of records.

Depending on where in The U.S. they settled than local genealogy resources can be suggested.

If the family was Jewish than www.jewishgen.org has many databases from around the world to search, including 19th century revision lists from The Russian Empire, and records from many other countries.

Please give us more specifics so we can try to guide you in your search.

According to https://stevemorse.org/ellis2/ellisgold.html
there were no immigrants at all with that spelling, Moschkovich

FWIW there were 2892 similar "sounds like" names, both men and women, from 1909 to 1924
