I am searching for my half brother christopher howard. His middle name could be michael but i'm not sure and I am also not sure on age or birthday I know he is around 34 years old. We have the same dad Richard Howard. I have met my brother one time when I was about 4 years old. He flew up here to seattle from california. Last I knew he lived in San Jose, CA with his mom, he graduated college. I wanted to tell him he is an uncle. I also needed to let him know our father passed away
