I've searched far and wide and cant find a good friend of mine. Last time we spoke she was severely depressed and suicidal. All I know is she lives in the reston-chantilly-falls church area. Has an old sickly mother and 2 sisters in different states. I have her picture if anyone can help at all... you dont know how much it would mean to me! The cell phone number I have of her is disconnected. I just know she works in a government/law office possibly as a clerk or something in fairfax county.

I'm a PI and I'm pretty sure she could be located. But with all due respect, how good of a friend can she be if you don't even know her real name?!? Do you know her parents or siblings - names or addresses? Do you have prior addresses for her? I'm sure she could be found but your apparent lack of knowledge about her it will make anyone hired to locate her very suspicious of your intentions...
