Alright, I know this is hard cause i dont have a lot of information but I am looking for my uncle whose name is Justin Allen (middle name may be James)...My moms mother died when my mom was around 17 but she had been in foster care since she was 12 and does not have a birth certificate and doesn't even know where she was born. Its a big mess, I personally dont know how shes gone this long without having a Birth Certificate...heres what i know:
Mothers Name: Terrell Kimbrough Allen
Fathers Name: James R. Allen
My Mothers Name: Michele Allen Ripley
Sisters Name: Tammy Allen Herburger
Last Known Location: Colorado
Age: around 50
Anything else: Justin was in the military (though we dont know what branch) and he has been arrested on Felony charges. Something to do with embezzalment i think. The family, while young, traveled ALOT. They lived all of the country.
