Yeah Discover/HBSC is selling Term at a relatively high price. About 5 to 6 times market. Like others noted, check what they really cover. Looks like when JC Penney was doing the same to generate cash flow.

Most Texas W/C policies cover world wide travel because so many of us do international travel for energy, building, DoD, etc. Usually the requirement is that you spend 1 day back in Texas per calendar year.
