Some of you know I am doing the Dave Ramsey plan...so I wanted to ask others out there- what radical things have you come up with to earn that extra $ to help pay off debt?

start your own business. Here is an easy idea to do:

If you live in a suburban area and own a lawnmower start your own lawn business.

It doesn't have to be fancy. Basically you print up like 200 flyers and pass them out door to door in your neighborhood. Make the price for your lawn service very cheap (ie. 10$). When you get your first clients just walk the lawnmower to their house and cut the lawn. No need to buy a lawn truck or travel very far. That allows you to actually turn a profit while offering your services for so cheap. Your only expenses will be gasoline and the cost of the flyers.
