My brother who is always in financial trouble got turned down by the payday loan spots and now works with those loan places on the Indian Reservations that can charge even more interest. Here is one of them:

They can charge incredibly high interest rates because they are based on an Indian Reservation, which has different laws.

Be careful with these companies. My niece did a loan thru Pay Day and because it is so easy to get cash from them, she ended up with them taking almost her whole pay check to pay the loan back. Every time she got into some kind of financial difficulty, she would borrow from them and it appears that once she borrowed, and she soon found herself back in financial straits, they would loan her more. It was a vicious circle and she ended up paying her whole check back, having nothing to live on and borrowing from relatives to stay afloat and not get evicted from her apartment.
She has since learned her lesson but it was a tough one.

In the old days they would send people to break your legs when you couldn't make the payment. Nowadays, they break your bank account by charging un-imaginable interest rates. STAY-AWAY from them.

Terrible idea. Don't do it. You'll pay exorbitant interest amounts to have the money for a short period of time. It's easy to fall behind and get banged for tons of interest. There have to be a better way to solve whatever cash flow issue you're having.

There always are. But it's not the paydays company's job to do that. Separate issue.

Yes they will break our bank accounts only if we will not pay back the loan else everything is good with pay day loans. For escaping this situation we must choose the best company that provide Fast and Quick Payday loan with best rates and flexible conditions.
