When you say bachelor college career, are you actually going to college? If so, there should be a housing office and they would have a list of people who rent out rooms or who have homes or apartments for rent to college students.

Post something on craigslist and see what kind of responses you get. Be careful when you do that thou, so I would create an email address that is not connected to any personal information and I wouldn't send any money to anyone till I see the place. You can also check with the school and see what kind of help they can provide. You can also look under roommates section on craigslist as well, you will find a ton of info. Good luck with your move and school.

I am but instead of finishing my sophomore year here in California I want to move out and go elsewhere. Where do I find this housing office though? And do you think the prices will be affordable?
