Default what the heck

I got the warning letter about a year ago and I was thinking about closing my acct. but then I figured with all the interest and late fees I've paid them over the last 10 years, plus the fact that they gave me 20K credit on one acct. and 3K on the other I figured the $60/year charge was just a drop in the bucket.
