I have never had and doubtless never will have a burning desire to have a helicopter take me to the other side of town for dinner. I can think of many ways to better utilize $2500 p.a. in order to get a return for my investment.
Believe it or not, the wealthy do travel like that, and could care less about a measly $2500.

You're a hoot. I wasn't exactly born and raised in Hicksville and have indubitably rubbed shoulders with more real money than you could ever dream of. Is your middle name, "Pompous" or do you just have a natural proclivity for endeavoring to teach your grandmother how to suck eggs?

Even Siri cannot book a helicopter ride. On an iPhone you have to do a bunch of legwork. You really are missing it here.
People who have the centurion card generally don't care about 'airport clubs' either since they're flying around in private jets.
No, I'm not missing it.
I just timed it.
Took me about 90 seconds to get out my phone, type in the password, and search and find it (For the nearest city that you'd use that for... arn't any here LOL!)
Yeeep... Buuunch of legwork!
(And a fair chunk of that I'd have to do to make a call!)

Sorry buddy. A fraction of a % do that.
I know 3 people with over $5 Million, and you'd not know it by looking.
Statistics back me up.
(And it appears that's not within the capabilities of the OP... OR interest!)
I can understand (kinda) how people with a net worth say... over 25 Million might not care...
But they don't have the program for people like that!
(Not enough of them!)
So WHY?!?!
(And I get people retired who go on cruses etc... but again, it's NOT enough to keep the card in business)

The average Centurion Card holder has an annual income of $1.01 Million and are the age of 49 years. A great chunk has to be worth $25 Million and over.
The Centurion is not for someone worth just a few million. It's silly for someone like you, me or the OP to have this card since we cannot benefit from most of its features. But if you make $1 mill/year, with a net worth of over $10 mill.... sure.... the personal service to get literally anything you want is appealing.

Look up "Average"
Always remember, half the people you meet are below average!
Methinks it's for people who want people to KNOW... and can juuust make it. (Payments on the lifestyle)

Those half have a card that they can't afford to utilize OR they it's expensed to their employer.. Spending a minimum of $250,000 per year on a lower income would be hard to maintain... and AMEX is known to kick you off pretty quickly.

I might be wrong, but I Doubt it.
I'm inclined to agree. Those with a net worth of over 10 mil and particularly those in the over 100 mil bracket hardly need be concerned with this sort of "personal service" from a credit card company. But the services would indeed be a draw for those on the borderline and particularly the nouveau riche amongst them ... but NJBest will argue 'til the cows come home!

You do realize that the card got it's fame based on celebrity cardholders, right?
