Following a call by a rookie operator I was able to extract the real name of the company: Leverage Connections, based in Orlando FL.

If you call the 866 number above and ask for "Card Services" you will be put through.

I spoke to "Eli" who told me that they do not have to abide by DoNotCall regulations because they only leave a message - and by selecting the option you are actually calling them. He claims they are working on behalf of the major credit card companies.

The best option is to file a complaint with the FTC and the Florida BBB against this company. They have been calling me up to three times a week for the past year.

I just went to that website and the domain is for sale. I didn't call the number. Its probably out of business. Go figure.

They call you or email you and say that they "work with over 200 or 500 banks such as Bank of America and Chase, and can offer you lower interest rates on your current accounts" (not with a new account). They ask similar questions:

1) Do you have current balances of at least $5000?
2) Are all your cards in good standing currently?

They have called me twice, and playing along, I went through the phone menu system.

They then proceed to ask you which card you would like to start with, to "see if you qualify". Nice way to make you feel like this is an exclusive offer for only the privileged few.

I asked them why they needed my account numbers, and if they are working
with banks like mine, why they didn't already have my information. Click, hang up.

They have also been circulating emails. Never give out your credit card account numbers unless you initiated the phone call and you know the business you are contacting. If your credit card company truly had an offer to give you lower interest rates (yeah right), they'd already know your account numbers.

Just FYI. It might be spreading to your area.

Do you know of any place that can do anything about these companies? I kept there call on my answering machine hoping to find someone.

They have been harassing me for over a year. I just got this information from them.1. The real name of the company is SRM Financial Services. They are based out of Orlando, Florida.2. Two women that work there are Pamela Smith and Rebecca Johnson.3. This is the real number for the company 1-407-722-5827.

I had a call the other day from credit card services and they wanted to give me a lower rate on my credit card, press 1 to speak to a rep. or press 3 to be taken off the list. I pressed 3 and the recording started all over again. Finally I got mad and pressed 1 and a lady answered and I told her I was wanting to get my number off the list and click~ she hung up.
