I'd guess that was actually worth a few hundred bucks at least?

Probably, it depends whether you look at market value or how much more my garden produced as a result of the fertilizer.

Either way, it was definitely gross. But appreciated

If you have extra zucchini flowers, mail them to me. No one understands how awesome zucchini flowers are with a good batter and lightly fried.

That was me who selected "under $10K" I am currently a stay-at-home mom and we are living off my husband's income. I would say you can buy me a beer, but I no longer live in NoVA.

It makes no sense not including investment income if its reinvested.

What if i take it as cash and buy another asset? It counts then?

60-70k for me as a Firefighter/Paramedic, and thats with built in overtime for working 24hrs/day for 10 days a month. Love that schedule. Wife pulls down about the same as a substance abuse counselor. Should be more when she finishes up her Masters and becomes Director of Counseling. Household income is about 120-130K depending on how much over time I work in the year.

Me-26yo and my wife 25yo with 3 kiddos, living in a relatively inexpensive state (OK) I think we are doing pretty well.
