Considering the time of year is it possible that some of the days you are accounting for in the processing were holiday and/or weekend days?

Thanks. That's good to know. I'm really meticulous about paying on time so it freaked me out when they said my payments were late.

It happened to us. Payment was mailed with plenty of time to get there, 2 weeks I think. They credited it late. We called and bitched and they removed the late fee and fixed it. We have several card accounts for 10 years or more. We are in good standing with all of them. If very rarely a payment is a day late, a polite phone call always gets the fee removed.
