Yes we all know stupid people deserve to be exploited. But I disagree when it's like this. Why can they do this but if a credit card does, it's National news? Do wanna-be Indians get a pass? I like how the Anglo woman is wearing "indian jewelry" with a pony tail. Little big nugget must be in heaven smiling down on his "tribe".

I seen it, but can I start my own Indian tribe on my 10k sqft lot? I got some brown paint and feathers.

It's no different than those payday loans and stuff too. They're the same thing. An unreal APR, lots of times over 100%.

J24, depends on the state. Some states are capped at 35% or I think 25%.

If you need 10k how can you afford the almost 800/month payment. Does a man on a horse with a bow and arrow come after you if you don't pay?

Look in any phone book at the car pink-slip loans. I've seen them as much as 135%. They're legal as long as everything is fully disclosed.
