You are actually the one skirting tax laws and this we are supporting you. Folks like you who write off their vacations because they "looked" at things business related are no better than those playing the welfare game

Well.......yes.....there are a few things.

I create jobs......directly....and indirectly.....by spending.

That is what the IRS wants........they do not care how much I make.......as long as I spend it.

Many years my costs are over a million dollars.

That is the beauty of our system.......we are never taxed on what we make.......just what we keep.

Let me ask you a polite question.....

Why do you think the government can do a better job of deciding how to spend my money than me???

I spend.......people work.

Clearly you are missing the point. Your bogus tax write offs reduce or eliminate the taxes you pay and in effect we the collective tax payer subsidies your vacation or whatever else bs expense you label as "business expenses" even though they really aren't. It cost money just as food stamps cost money

My $0.02
People in true poverty don't have credit scores. They've never applied for credit. They don't know how and it would never occur to them that they could. If they get a paycheck, they cash it. If they need to send someone a payment, they buy a money order.

I don't have time to google it: How many people in this country DO NOT have bank accounts?

First.....they are NOT bogus.......I do buy equipment all over the USA.

And.....either way the money is spent........that makes jobs......the only difference is......it is my choice where and how it is spent.

Not the government passing it out to others.

No your expenses are bogus just as a plethora of your advice is. I don't really care how you feel about the government's ability to spend your money, but more about the fact that you lie or misconstrue things to benefit monetarily. You know like writing off your entire electric bill when your residence has zero to do with your business? That really is the tip of the iceberg however. The food stamp recipient likely spends everything they make too thus "stimulating" the economy

Let's say this, I know for certain that not 100% of the sqft of your residential space is used solely for business purposes but you write off 100% of the electric bill. You've already said you do this on this forum and given your responses to this topic about your personal situation and your recommendations to others I'm fairly certain the sliminess doesn't stop there
