HiLo There all I've got a brief question. I'm a Disabled Vet Currently on Military disability pension and was given free instruction from a local Non Profit Organization that has events for disabled folks.

I've got 3 different instructors that gave their personal time to give me free lessons, I just saw a few clients who paid for service "I'm assuming" tip their instructors, which I had no idea was a considered option. So I just came into some unexpected funds and I'd like to tip / pay each of them but I can't come to figure out what's the best way to do that how to divy it up.

2 instructors I spent 2 days with the other virtually a week plus, 2 of them are Volunteers and the other is a paid supervisor. Their rates for paying clients are $150 per 3hrs should I just pay them at that rate? Or would I be better off taking "X" amount and dividing up depending on the time each spent w// me.

Folks I have no idea. Here's where I was at take $1200 and pay them each according to time they spent with me, however I thought well one of their instructions may be more important than lets say someone that just skied w/ me for the day giving me pointers etc.

Or just take that amount and divide it evenly and if they look at one another saying "hey I spent more time or my classes were more important" then that just would be on them?

How about a donation to the non profit in their name?

They know what they are doing...and why they are there...IMO, if they take your tip and it's more than $20....then that is a judge of their character.

don't sweat it.
