That you've detected an unauthorized use of the card even though you have possession of it. The number appears to have been stolen even if the card itself physically wasn't.
Just called the lost or stolen number and it's the same thing no customer service available after 6pm.
It's not that hard. $10 card reader and some readily available software is all you need to duplicate a card. You don't even need a computer nowadays. Smart phone will do it just as well. The more difficult part would be getting your PIN number. Don't give out your PIN number. Don't use your debit card places that are well known to be easy access like gas stations for key loggers to be installed when no one is around. Put your hand over the keypad rather than pecking it with one finger.

Option 4 lost/stolen card
Then option 2 and it transfers you to have a block placed on your card. I'm not sure how old you are but this seems like common sense that most adults could get through
