Do not give anyone any of your information for a boyfriend's bankruptcy, his financial issues are his own not yours.

Get an attorney if you have to and protect your private financial information and assets.

It won't affect your credit.

He's asking for your income for repayment/costs of living stuff. Your BF is still likely going to have to make payments of x for y amount of time.

Not sure why they want yours though. While living together, you're not married.

Your info is needed for NOTHING. Do NOT give the attorney or your BF ANY of your personal information. If the court needs YOUR info (they don't), tell him you will come to court and have the judge tell you to your face.

You are his GIRLFRIEND, not his wife If he puts your personal info (even just a DOB), it WILL get back to the credit bureaus and you will be linked to his bad credit for the next 10 years (that's how long a BK stays on your credit report)
