Hello,

Just looking for a bit of help here. I recently got deported to Mexico after being incorserated for 7years and now I want to withdraw my 401k. How do I go about doing this..

Some wierd threads today. Go onto the website of the 401K administrator and get in contact with them.

Are you in TJ? Why did you feel compelled to post this in the San Diego forum?

Legal visa holder that pulled a felony? Or an illegal that stole identity? That's about the only way I can think this could happen.
