Looking to buy a home this year. Spoke to a colleague about the first time homebuyer's credit and how appealing it is. His wife is a CPA, he claims he spoke to her and she mentioned it is no longer available. However when I google this I get conflicting information. Does anyone know if buying a home in 2016 I'd be able to take the first time home buyers credit?
