No cable or satellite, but my phone bill is somewhere around $35-40/mo. I have no idea why it fluctuates between these two values, but it's low enough compared to most people I know that I don't question it.
AT&T Cell for 2 smartphones and 15gb - $110
AT&T U-Verse Cable and Internet - $136 (after I called and made the annual threaten to switch to Comcast empty threat, was $180 before that.)
No cable/satellite for 3 years now.
Total wireless, 2 smart phones $55 a month unlimited text and talk. We were Leary at first but no complaints at all. Customer service not that great, it's all overseas people. Otherwise it's fine, no dropped calls and when we travel we have never lost service.

Thanks to a smart TV purchase, I will be cutting the cable bill in half shortly, as I have found Netflix and Hulu and Vudu to cover my needs more efficiently, and much cheaper.
