Because people who have paid off homes have CC debt and don't invest? Is this from a different thread, or some strange stereotype?

Edit: to answer the above post(s), I paid off my mortgage a few months ago at age 29, have no debt, but my investments have been more limited. Im self employed and have had a couple really great years, so we decided to go ahead and get the home paid off, just in case future years our income might be unstable.

I haven't used a CC in 5 yrs, and I've been contributing to my retirement acct's for 25.
