dont tip your waitress and they still make $7.25/hr

i dont tip because i dont feel like i need to "bribe" someone to do their job, "bribes" are for "extras", if all they do is bring food to table as per their job description, they dont get a tip
They won't have their job for very long if tips don't make up the bulk of their check. They do get paid 2 something per hour, but the employer has to pay them more if they can't can't meet that.

You don't tip. Bully for you.

My Lyft driver yesterday was a pretty bad driver. We were on a curvy street and he kept crossing over into the adjacent lane, then he asked me why people were honking at him. He also made a few hard stops at red lights at the last possible second, which around here causes accidents (the culture here is to run yellow and sometimes red lights). He also turned right at like 3mph while the traffic behind us was going at least 35mph. Luckily it was a short drive. I wonder what this guy's driving record looks like and if Lyft even looks into it before hiring drivers.

The lyft commercials are annoying. We gave our drivers $100 million in tips last years. Umm think the riders gave those tips.

When they say "we", the mean the community.
