Tax return as an unemployed (IRS, year, address)

Hi all

Unfortunately I've been waiting for the new work status the entire year 2016. So I was not working in 2016. My status was unemployed.

I got to my old address in foreign country I am from a mail. There are the forms W-9 and W-8BEN to fill out.
What address should I use? The old one outside of US (saying basicaly I was forced to use this address while waiting even though I was in US) or my address in US? I am also owner of SSN but I couldn't use it last year anyway. And I payed health insurance too. All that makes me confused.

Also what other form do I need to fill out in US?

You should use the address you are residing at when you mail in your return. If you move you should notify the IRS of your new address when you move.
