Roth. Though based on the question in the OP, house. I max my Roth at the beginning of the year so it's not even an option.

Thanks, guys! I've decided to put it in a ROTH IRA. I think my ROI will outweigh my appreciation of my home. And even though having a paid off home would be badass, I think having a few hundred grand would be bad ass also.

That's what I'd do OP. You're right having extra money and a paid for house at retirement is great.
