If you heard anything about them, has it been good or bad? If you actually use/used them, how was your experience with them?

I used them a few--two-- times, never again. Search for Quicken Loans on this website and you can read a lot of reviews, including mine.

They will have a salesperson talk to you at first. This person is excellent at selling Quicken Loans.

Once they have you on the hook, you are transferred to someone else. Its a roll of the dice if that person will be good or bad. I had both and the bad is as bad as it gets.

Then you go to underwriting who is a person with many more files than time in the day and this person does not care if you close on time, or a month later. This person will give you any task to be able to put your file on the bottom of the pile for a few days, asking for things they already have, but you get to send it again. ...and again....and again...

This is why I ask these questions on this forum. I got a "preapproved" letter from them. I never believe those offers but I heard some good and bad things about them. My rate is ok, 4.32% but I am not going to "chase the rate" unless i can save a couple of hundred dollars.

NEVER EVER take the bait from these offers. The "preapproved" means it's a sucker bait that would make any fisherman proud like dangling a fat worm in the water for a dumb fish!

I've had several home buyers use them and really regret it. Stay away and find a good lender local.
