I am planning to buy a new BMW X3.
I have an excellent credit rating.
Dealer is giving financing option at 3.99% interest rate, which appears to be higher.
Could you suggest a finance company, where I can get loan with a lesser interest rate...

Just pay cash and it will be 0%.
