The dude has three months of expenses socked away, is virtually maxing out retirement savings, and will be completely debt-free in less than three years. How many people in this country can say that?

Pay off the mortgage.
Put the mortgage payment toward the cc
When both paid off increase your savings and emergency fund.
Pay cc each month in full.
